Mint an identity
An epoch-gated mint with no timers — each of the eleven epochs advances only when its allocation is fully minted. Epoch 0 opens as a free mint at 0 $IMD; the price then follows a fixed curve of +0.1 $IMD per epoch, closing at 1.0 $IMD in Epoch 10.

The first paid mint asks for a one-time $IMD approval — every mint after that goes straight through. Epoch 0 needs no approval at all.

222 identities at 0 IMD. First come, first served — the epoch ends when the last free slot is minted.
Each new epoch raises the price by 0.1 IMD: epoch 1 = 0.1, epoch 2 = 0.2 … epoch 10 = 1.0 IMD.
An epoch never times out. As long as its allocation has NFTs left, it stays open — it advances only on sell-out.
Token ids mint in epoch order, so an identity's id tells you exactly which epoch and price it was minted at.
